Returns & Exchanges

At Joha, each piece is handcrafted with care and intention, made to be a lasting treasure. Due to the artisanal nature of our jewellery and the delicate materials we work with, we do not accept returns or exchanges or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damages & Incorrect Items

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will be happy to assist you and make things right. If eligible(with opening video of product at the time of delivery), we will replace the product (subject to availability) within 1–7 business days, and the new product will be delivered within 7–10 business days.

In case the item is out of stock, we will arrange for a return pickup within 1–7 business days, and  a full refund will be issued to your original payment method, if refund approved then it will be credited to your account within 1-7 business days.
