1. Products & Handcrafted Nature
All our jewellery is handcrafted in India using 92.5 sterling silver and may feature natural variations in texture, polish, or finish. These are not defects but a testament to the uniqueness and artisanal nature of each piece.
2. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. We accept payments via secure and verified gateways. Joha reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, including pricing errors or product unavailability. In such cases, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Shipping
We offer pan-India and international shipping. Shipping times may vary based on location and customs procedures. Once dispatched, Joha is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors beyond our control.
5. No Return/Exchange Policy
Due to the handcrafted and delicate nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review product details and feel free to reach out with any questions before making a purchase.
